NOTE:   Some of you may be thinking its not fair for me to be using my lvl 2 Dev here.  The reason I'm doing this is the whole point of my last slide show.  What your goal is as harkonnen is to get at least one lvl 1 or lvl 2 devastator BEFORE you take on a major hoarde.  A regular devastator owns minos by itself.  But a lvl 1 or 2 (or 3) devastator owns mino's like nothing you have ever seen.   All you need to do is kill 4 mino's (or other unit) and you get a promotion.  Even if I would have used a regular devastator here, I believe the outcome would have been very close to the same.
